You may have changes in your vision while on these medications. You should tell your doctor if this happens and be sure not to drive if you feel uncomfortable with your vision level.

Also, while on the medications, your hair may thin. This is reversible and your hair should return to normal once you are done with the therapy. Your skin may also be dry or itchy. Using hand or body lotion will help this. Try not to take long, hot showers or baths.

Again, you must use some form of birth control while taking these drugs because of the risk to the fetus.
