Sovaldi Side Effects
If you are undergoing treatment with Sovaldi and experience a high fever, unusual bruising, or difficulty breathing, contact your healthcare provider right away. Dangerous problems can occur with this prescription drug, so it is important to know which reactions require urgent medical treatment. Other possible side effects of Sovaldi include fatigue, nausea, and headaches.
As with any medicine, Sovaldi™ (sofosbuvir) can cause side effects. However, not everyone who takes the medication will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider.

Sovaldi has been studied extensively in clinical trials. In these studies, the side effects that occurred in a group of people taking Sovaldi plus ribavirin (and sometimes peginterferon alfa) were documented and then compared to the side effects that occurred in a similar group of people given a placebo (a "sugar pill" with no active ingredients).
